Why do we have to grade sweet potatoes
After the sweet potatoes are harvested, the first thing we need to do is to sort them. Why do we have to grade sweet potatoes? Well , if you have grown sweet potatoes, you would have noticed that sweet potatoes come in different sizes and varying sizes. Some are huge, maybe as the size of  a human head, called a jumbo, and there are some which fall in grade one, which is of high quality, grade two, and some non-marketable. So while grading the sweet potatoes, you can differentiate and categorize these sweet potatoes based on size and quality. Because you don’t want the bad and non-marketable sweet potatoes to be sold with the good ones.

The tomato grading packaging line was successfully installed
Two days ago our engineers installed a tomato grading and packaging line for a customer in Anhui, China. This tomato sorting line has a high degree of automation and adopts international advanced sorting technology, which does not hurt the tomatoes and has high sorting efficiency.
China remains the biggest buyer of Fruits and vegetables from Vietnam
According to Vietnam News Agency, Vietnam fruit and Vegetable Association (Vina fruit) said that in the first half of 2021, Vietnam's fruit and vegetable exports reached US $2.063 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.7%. Among them, the total export of fruits and vegetables in June was USD 360 million, with a year-on-year increase of 38%. If the growth momentum from January to June can be maintained in the second half of the year, Vietnam's fruit and vegetable exports are expected to reach US $4 billion this year.

Nuestra empresa produjo recientemente una nueva máquina clasificadora de pesaje electrónico con dos lÃneas. USDA Annual Citrus Report
According to the "Citrus: World Markets and Trade" report released by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), in 2020/21, global citrus production is estimated to increase by 4% to 98 million tons. Oranges account for half of the total production, followed by mandarins, lemons/limes and grapefruits. China is the largest producing area, followed by Brazil and the European Union.
