This line handles the process from cleaning to packaging: the bubble washing tank can clean the fruits without damage; the spray device precisely removes impurities, followed by the blowers and dryers; and the waxing machine forms a protective film; the camera sorter can classify avocados into different grades based on their shape, diameter, weight, color, and defects. With the intelligent computer, the equipment can integrate weighing, logical analysis and data statistics functions.

Rotary dumper
Our rotary dumper works well in the packing house of our customer in Poland. Compared to the torsion dumper system, this system can guarantee a very gentle fruit and vegetables handling. What is more, it can also achieve a homogenous flow of fruits and vegetables to a processing line.
Why does the customer look for a new bin dumper?
Recently, we received an inquiry from Canada about our automatic bin tipper. the tipper they used had a drop height from its outlet to the white belt conveyor, which resulted in damage to the bell peppers. According to our customer's needs, the FstSort team recommended our hydraulic bin tipper for the client. This automatic box dumper is controlled by a PLC and has a brush at the outlet to avoid instantaneous discharge.

It can be washed, but commonly human only do dry brushing to remove the spines. Yet they don’t wash because they lack a good drying.
