The story starts back in late 2021, when we received an inquiry from an Ethiopian avocado processing plant who said they wanted an avocado processing line. Our factory has many years of experience in avocado production lines, and after confirming the features they wanted, we recommended them a standard line with cleaning, waxing, drying and grading functions (Figure 1).
Although the functions of these machines met their requirements, they were not too satisfied with the layout of this production line. Subsequently, we learned that the customer's factory had limited space to install the standard type of production line. In order to solve this problem, our R&D team started to design a line that would fit the customer's factory area. After many discussions and modifications with the customer, we finally settled on an "L" shaped sorting line (Figure 2). After confirming all the details, the customer was very satisfied. With our expertise and customized service, we had our first cooperation with our Ethiopian customer.
