Last week, customer from Iran visited our factory to test kiwi weight sorting machine of two lanes. The double-lane electronic weighing grading machine had been delivered to the our customers, so the single-lane electronic weighing sorting machine was used for testing. The fruit for the test is orange. Customer want to divide kiwifruits into 10 grades, with the weight range of 65g ~ 180g, The customer is more concerned with grading accuracy, Jerry tells him that our accuracy is around ±3g.
There are different exit settings for two-lane electronic weighing. The two-way exits can be matched with the packaging table, or the single-sided exit can be used to transport the graded fruit to one side for packaging through belt transportation. The cost of single-sided exit will be higher than that of the two-sided exit. The customer is very concerned about the components of our equipment weighing and grading part, and tells him that our voltage components are Schneider's, and the button is Siemens's, Germany The heavy system is HBM in Germany, the chain is choho in Japan, and the components related to the classification accuracy are imported to ensure the classification accuracy. For the equipment, we provide a one-year warranty period, tray, electromagnet and other spare parts. For the installation and debugging, we can provide remote video guidance for installation. If the customer requires on-site installation, the customer needs to provide round-trip air tickets and the engineer's on-site installation remuneration.
The customer is very satisfied with our electronic weigher classifier, but in order to reduce part of the cost, he thinks that the elevator can be made by himself, so he needs to discuss with his partner and decide which export method to use.
