Washing is a important part in the whole processing steps for fruit, especially the fresh fruit collecting from farm.
Comparing with other fruit, sweet potatoes would be much dirty, thus a water tank is necessary whenever how do you plan to process for business. Some of our bubble tanks designed for sweet potatoes as blew for a reference.
1. Classical type tank.
This is the standard tank for washing sweet potato, which consist of bubble washing system and PVC elevator. Also the most popular one when customer need washing drying and size sorting line.
1. Longer tank
Length of tank can be 3.5meters, 4.5meters or more as requirement, as long as it is no influence for shipping in the 40-foot container. Customer choose this mainly to leave space, so that fruit get fully soak and the soil on the skin removed as much as possible. Of course, if the capacity is smaller than 5 tons per hour, a classical type tank is enough.
3. Deeper tank
Another customized tank for client. Deeper tank is a good match with bin tipper. When box was send for automatic dumping, enough depth can make it into the water totally. Then maximum decrease the crush among sweet potatoes and avoid damage on the skin.
