Over the past few years we have been receiving requests from all over the world for processing, grading and packaging lines suitable for produce grown in traditional or hydroponic greenhouses, especially tomatoes, bell peppers and even cucumbers and eggplants.

Recently, Fstsort is making a tomato optical sorting machine for a Bulgarian customer. At first, this customer enthusiastically described their planting scenario and needs to us, hoping to improve the quality and yield of tomatoes. After in-depth communication and technical analysis, our team carefully designed an advanced optical grading machine to meet customers' needs for efficient and accurate sorting.
New tomato varieties give tomatoes more differences in color, size, and shape. This also makes tomato processing procedures, such as sorting, grading, packaging, etc., more complicated.

In order to adapt to today's changing needs, our tomato optical gradi system consists of a high-definition infrared camera that can capture multiple photos of each tomato at extremely high speeds to identify external defects, shape, size and color measurements of tomatoes. Advanced vision can optimize batch quality and add value by meeting the needs of different markets.
