This tomato packing line adopts double - line electronic weighing and grading machine, which can guarantee the high efficiency and no damage to fruit. It can sort 50,000 tomatoes per hour. Each graded exit has a packing table where employees can stand on either side to pack, power rollers above the exit belt for transporting empty boxes, and electronic scales at each packer's place for weighing each box of tomatoes. Under the packing table, a power drum is also used to transport the packed tomatoes, which increases automation and saves labor costs.
