Our factory recently produced a stainless steel sweet potato processing line for a Chinese customer in Luoyang City, Henan Province. Fall and winter are the seasons when sweet potatoes are harvested and marketed, and the demand for sweet potatoes is also increasing. The biggest highlight of this sweet potato sorting and packaging line is the unique design of its packaging table.
As a whole, all parts are made of stainless steel, so the quality and price are higher than common metal materials, especially the appearance of this machine looks particularly shiny and new. This line can be considered as a relatively large-scale production line, which includes cleaning, drying, sorting and packaging functions.
The cleaning function is specifically divided into two cleaning modes. The bubble cleaning tank at the beginning of the machine provides a form of immersion. At the same time, a pump generates bubbles continuously, so the cleaning effect is very good. Then there is the high pressure sprinkler part. The bottom is the rotating brushes, and the surface of the sweet potato is cleaned with a stream of high pressure water from a small nozzle at the top. The subsequent air drying consists of two parts, one is natural air drying and the other is drying by the heat generated by burning diesel. The combination of these two types of machine can make the surface of fruits or vegetables completely dry.
Then there is a platform for manual fruit inspection, which is convenient for workers to stand on both sides of the machine to choose products manually. The last one is roller sorting, which is sorted according to the diameter of the sweet potato. It is worth mentioning that a simple packing table is added to each salt level and the inclination can also be adjusted, in order to reduce collision damage to the sweet potato skin and improve the quality of the product.
