During the past days, First Industry received many questions about the new type of rotary weight grader. Some of the questions and answers are list here for a reference.
Question(Q): Is there a pre-washing and drying system in the machine?
Answer(A): Yes, washing and drying functions can be added before grading. If necessary, waxing and hot drying are also available to add as the attachment shows.
Q: What is the product processing hour capacity? product/hour?
A: It depends on your fruit. The specification shows that the capacity is 16000pcs per hour. Assume the average weight of your fruit is 200g, capacity would be 0.2*16000=3200kgs per hour.
Q: Do you have distribution where can supply parts in other countries in case the machine fails?
A: Not yet. To make sure that customers won't be influenced by the fault of the machine, we produce each part with much higher quality for exporting.
Besides, most parts are easy to get in the nation market to avoid waiting when customers need to use the machine urgently.
Q: Which products is the machine in the picture suitable for processing?
A: It is suitable for round fruit between 30-300g, maximum 400g, mainly depends on the shape and size of machine. Such as mandarin, orange, apple, peach, pear, tomatoes, plums, passion fruit and so on.
Q: Is there a warranty period for the machine?
A: Yes. All sold machines come with a one-year warranty from date of installation. Motors and frequency converters in control cabinets are under the warranty of the original manufacturer’s service term and seller will also be responsible for breaking in 1 year time under proper usage. Any failure caused by improper operation or unauthorized modifications to the equipment is excluded.
