We can understand that the customer needs a potato sorter with a capacity of 15~20 tons, which is required to be celebrated into three grades: below 40mm, 40-70mm, and 70mm above.
For the customer's throughput, the output of our standard potato sorting machine is 8 tons per hour.In order to meet customers' needs, the FstSort R&D team has spent a lot of time designing technologies that can help them achieve their grading and quality goals.Ultimately, we chose two grading machine side by side to meet their requirement for a processing system.
Another problem of the customer is that they want the potato sorting machine to directly connect with their packing station.Through our team's continuous efforts, we decided that the first and third grades of potatoes would be sent out from both sides, and the second grade of potatoes would be joined in the middle to a belt hopper, which would be raised to a height of 1800mm by the elevator, in order to connect with the customer's packaging machine.
Besides,the customer wants the potato processing line to be equipped with a dust removal function in front of it.We use the brush machine for dust removal, and the dust suction device above it can collect dust centrally, which is conducive to keeping the customer's workshop clean.
