The installation and commission of the bell pepper washing drying and sorting line has been finished in the factory of our customer this week.
Bell peppers are cleaned with a bubble washing machine, then they are sent to the second cleaning machine consisting of water sprayers and nylon brushes. After drying, bell peppers are inspected by people manually. The bell peppers in low quality are taken out from the roller inspection table. Bell peppers will be sorted into different sizes according to their weight, sent to different exits and packed in a carton with the help of the filling system. Each box full of bell peppers weighs about 5 kilograms. With the help of the sorting machine, the working efficiency has been improved a lot.
