Beginning from a bin tipper in the left, it includes auto-dumping, conveyor belt for buffer, water spray&brushes cleaning, air blowers, inspection table for picking out bad fruit, size sorter with 8 grades, weighing filling system and auto-sealing for cartoons.

What did we consider when designing the line?
First, sorting friendly. In the connection place of every two parts, there will be drop height inevitably. Our engineers try their best to reduce the height and put soft food grade belt to avoid damage on the skin maximally.
Then, meet the requirements as much as possible. If choose our standard machine, the hopper would be closed to the land for better dumping. To make the bin tipper work well and keep machine in the same level, there is a conveyor belt (purple part in the drawing) took the place of hopper&elevator.
Last, realize automatic operation to improve the efficiency and save manpower. Not only auto-dumping, auto-filling, but also auto vibrating in this line, which was set to make fruit inside equally distributed before sealing.
