Indonesian customers mainly want to grade mangosteen fruits in different sizes. Customers say that they use manual cleaning to clean mangosteen fruits. So we remove the front bubble cleaning and spray cleaning links and change them into belt hoppers to save costs. The belt part can also minimize the collision between mangosteen and equipment. The platform is convenient for screening mangosteen again and picking out bad fruit manually.
Customers said that they only intend to use this equipment for grading sorting mangosteen at present. If so, we suggest that the grading part should adopt fixed grading size, which will reduce costs. When customers confirm the size of each grading he wants to grade, we will adjust the size of each grading directly when we make the equipment and send it to customers. After installation, it can be used directly.
Our customers also want to automatically weigh and pack mangosteen of different grades. We recommend adding an automatic weighing system at the exit of each grade. When the mangosteen in the export box reaches the weight required by customers, the conveyor belt stops automatically, the box enters the conveyor belt automatically, and the empty box serves the exit automatically, save manpower.
In addition, we also add a sprinkler system to the conveying platform filled with mangosteen to clean mangosteen again according to customer's requirements.
