Greek kiwifruit exports will exceed 200,000 tons this year

Data show that Greek kiwifruit exports hit a record high this year.

Specifically, according to the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Greek kiwifruit is mainly exported to the United States, Spain, Italy, Canada, India and Israel.

According to provisional data, Greece's exports in 2022/2023 increased by 200,000 tons. This shows the importance of Greece as one of the world's largest kiwifruit producers (after Italy), according to the World Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).
