Recently, First Industry customized a 12.5-meter-long frozen blueberry fruit cleaning and air-drying sorting line for customers. This sorting line specially designed for frozen blueberry fruit mainly uses a drum classifier. Blueberries can be sorted into three grades.
This Fstsort Frozen Blueberry Cleaning Grading Line includes bubble cleaning pool, circulating water spray system, which is very water-saving and environment-friendly. The air dryer part includes 5 air curtain fans and 4 T35 fans. The picking table is 2.5m long, which is used for manual selection of secondary fruits. The grading part is drum classifier, which can separate blueberries into three grades of 12mm, 16mm and above 16mm.
