This months, First Industry finished an eggplant sorting machine in advance and is ready for shipping.
Different from Australian eggplant, this kind of vegetable is much smaller in Vietnam, similar to Chinese market. Thus we choose the PVC rollers for elevator, which is standard production plan, instead of Stainless Steel roller size staggered. Comparing with the stainless steel, PVC rollers is more soft for eggplant, better for friendly sorting.
According to the requirements from customer, controller need to be 1.6meters higher from the ground. When hearing this requirements, first reason we thought is that 1.6 meters may be more convenient for workers to operate, but actually not. They just worry about the water when crushing machine after working.
In fact, if installing the controller as other machine, water is difficult to be crushed into it. All holes on the controller are made direct to the ground. Of course, worries from customer is reasonable, we don't know the real situation for their workers to clean machine, experience should not always be regarded as reference.
Finally, our team produced the controller as picture, separated from the machine. When clean all the machines in building, controller can be removed as they need easily.
