1. What processing machines can you make for dates?
We have dumpling, washing, vibrating screen, drying, brushes cleaning, visual inspecting, size grading, optical sorting and seed removing machines;
2. Does your system detect external quality such as broken skin?Does your system detect internal quality?
External defects that can be observed by the human eye can be sorted, due to the internal testing is very expensive. If your purpose is to detect mold on dates, we can add an infrared camera to increase the accuracy of mold detection to about 80%;
3. My current capacity is 2t/h. If I want to increase the capacity later, can the machine increase the number of lines accordingly?
The number of channels and exits must be determined at the factory, and the size of the frame is fixed unless reserved in advance;
4. I don't understand the items that have 3 months warranty only (can you please specify those items?
The three-month warranty period is for electronic components and wearing parts, such as belts, solenoid valves, screens, etc. However, we will prepare certain spare parts for belts and solenoid valves when shipping;
5. More details: rollers speed (rollers/sec), lighting type(is it LED), camera pixel, resolution, ejection method, warranty items, electric consumption, compressed air consumption?
