Product description:
Our citrus processing machines include the simple citrus grader, sorter with brushes dry cleaning, or washing drying and sorting line beginning with a water tank and sprinckes for washing. If you need do manual inspection we can provide the roller inspection table. With conveyor belt under each grade, it can carry a large capacity.
Note: grader part can be replaced with roller grader for spherical fruits like oranges and lemons.
Features:
1. Adjustable speed, large capacity, high efficiency;
2. You can choose dry cleaning(brush polishing) or wet cleaning(small amount water);
3. Gentle and durable belts can carry your product to either side of the Sizer. End with a Bag closing device or weighting system as needed.
Application: round or oblate fruits like citrus, orange, mandarin, tangerine, Clementine, apple, tomato, etc.
Further process you may need
We can design a weighting system based on the discharging conveyor belt If you need to pack your products in cartons with several kilograms( eg. 8kg, 10kg, 15kg…) . It has Sensors to control the automatic filling and stop.
