How do you sort your chestnut?
In the past, First Industry will suggest you to choose the normal roller grader when customers contact us for a chestnut sorting machine, similar as the cherry tomato sorting machine. But now, we prefer to suggest a new kind of drum grader, which is designed for the irregular agricultural food.
Different from the garlic grader, it sorting with several larger drums, consist with a simple hopper, major part is the grader, no extra elevators and inspection table.
Comparing with the old type chestnut machine, this one works with higher accuracy on the size of different, improved from 75% to 90% with the customized type of drums holes.
Also the quantity of grades has more choice, not be limited by the space of containers any more, each grade are installed separately, no matter how many sizes you plan to set, workers can produce well. As long as you has enough space for installation and don’t need to worry about the sea freight of each container.
Besides, washing and drying part is still available and simple to connect to the grading part. Based on the feedback from Australian clients, we upgraded the water tank as well, and deeper tank can be chose to eliminate the bad or empty food and the impurities.
