Different from the previous vegetables graders, we promoted a new solution for Bell Peppers.
As we know, we are aware of the specific of bell peppers and capsicum. If they are washed by not suitable and useful washing devices and systems, which will strongly affect the quality and beautiful appearance of our bell peppers. According to one of our bell peppers washing drying sorting distributing line customer feedback, normally speaking, bell peppers only have 20 days short stock life.
So we design this washing part with 2 different of washing methods: Bubble Washing Tank with Feeding Hopper Elevator and 8 pieces Water Jets with 5 pieces Nylon Brushes Double Cleaning. To some extent, this design can make sure that the fresh and cleaning of Bell Peppers.
