1. High-Traction Anti-Rollback Feeding

The line begins with a heavy-duty incline elevator equipped with custom-molded cleats. This mechanism ensures that round, smooth blueberries ascend uniformly without slipping backward. By regulating the intake flow, it feeds a perfectly distributed, single layer of berries onto the inspection table at a steady rate of 1 ton per hour.
2. Multi-Operator Inspection & Sorting Station

Instead of relying on pre-sorting machinery, the fruit flows directly onto an elongated, food-grade PVC manual inspection table. Designed with optimal lighting and variable belt speeds, it provides an ideal working environment for local staff to comfortably perform high-accuracy quality culling (removing soft fruits, leaves, and stems) simultaneously.
3. Precision Low-Drop Sizing Machine

Once inspected, the berries transition instantly into our signature mechanical size grader. The drop height at every transition point is structurally minimized to less than a few centimeters. This ultra-gentle sizing wheel segments the blueberries by diameter with millimeter accuracy, sorting them gently into distinct packaging bins without ever damaging the delicate fruit tissue or rubbing off the valuable bloom.
